Could not retest since 'Accounts' functionality from 'Actions' tab not
implemented.
I will retest later.

Note: the bug description has changed due to a kab-mobile layout modification:
- Launch kab-mobile
- Open the 'Actions' tab
- Click on Accounts
- Fill in the account information
