Clicking on the 'Configure Account' button does not seem to be implemented
since nothing happens.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- Launch Kmail-mobile
- Click on your Imap account in the Folder view
- Click on the 'Configure Account' button

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens atm

Expected Results:  
I am guessing that a 'Configure Account' dialogue should appear.

Here is what I get in the terminal when I click on the button:
