Atm it is impossible to scroll down in the dialogue meant to edit the Local
Subscriptions.

The user has to know the exact name of all the folders he wishes to add or
remove from the list since he can only do so by using the search field at the
top of the dialogue.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- Launch Kmail-mobile
- Click on your Imap account
- Open the 'Actions' tab
- Click on 'Account' and then on 'Local Subscriptions'
- A new dialogue opens (see attachment), try to scroll down to see all the
folders and subfolders

Actual Results:  
It is impossible to scroll down and see all the folders and subfolders

Expected Results:  
It should be possible to scroll down and it would be a lot more user-friendly.
