[Bug 248479] Kontact, Dolphin and Konqueror launch without title bar

Upon further investigation of the *rc files in .kde4/config, I discovered that
all of the KDE apps had a Main Window size changed to 1 pixel higher and 1
pixel wider than my display:

ToolBarsMovable=Disabled
Width 1920=1921

Changing these restored the title bar.  I'm not sure how they got to this point
however.
