The notes, adressbook, mail and calendar exhibit slightly different layouting
features.

Compare e.g. the View of an E-Mail in kmail (nice, clean blue header with
gradients) with the View of a single note (text surrounded with solid blue
line, rounded rectangles).

Also sometimes the label for the field most often used to identify the resource
(title in calendar entry, name in contact, subject in email) is written bold,
sometimes not.

Also, some entry forms show "Cancel/Ok" buttons, some only Add/Ok.
