I retested this today and I got the exact same result as Bernhard E. Reiter:

- The account wizard indicated 100% in the progress bar after correct data was
entered.
- Then the 'Finish' button became available and I clicked it to exit the
wizard.
- The Imap account was added to the folder view without a restart being needed.

So from my point of view this bug is corrected now.
Feel free to reopen if it still does not work for you though.
