Copy mail action error, Folder list is missing the INBOX folder.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Switch to IMAP Account/INBOX/test folder.
2. Open a mail.
3.Actions->Edit->Copy Item to...
4. Click on the Item.


Actual Results:  
I cannot select IMAP/INBOX. This folder is missing.

Expected Results:  
It should be possible to copy a mail to the inbox.
