I tried to resolve some my problem by this workaround. As seems, it works. But
I met with situation, that not all contact was moved or was latest.
I resolve it by recreating vCard folder source (~/.kde/share/apps/kabc). There
remained about 40 contact (originally more then 500). Then I copied these to
new "Personal Contacts" (by KAddressBook GUI) and manually resolve duplicity..
