Version:           2.0 beta1 (using KDE 4.5.0) 
OS:                Linux

In kmail 1 from kde 4.4 thouse messages displays normally, but after upgrade to
kmail 2 beta1 id shows badly.
For example, source of message is:

Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8"; format=flowed
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

=d0=97=d0=b0=d0=b4=d0=b0=d1=87=d0=b0


It displayed in kmail 1 as:

But in kmail 2 it displays as:
d0�d0b0d0b4d0b0d1�d0b0
