Version:           1.13.5 (using KDE 4.4.5)

When composing a message and wanting to select a recipient from the (only)
address book, clicking Select next to the To: input will open a Select
Recipient dialog which only lists previously harvested email addresses that
were entered manually into to To: input.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Click New Message
Click "Select..." next to the To: input fields


Actual Results:  
The dialog that opens shows only harvested mails and names, no matter what
selection you chose in the selection dropdown.

Expected Results:  
The dialog would list contacts from my address book in either the "All" or
"Default Address Book" selections in the dropdown.
