There are two possibilities here:
- No resource created at all: ps -Af | grep akonadi_contacts on the phone
returns empty
- The resource is actually created but not configured correctly. This is more
likely, and a problem we have seen as a side-effect of the resource duplication
bug with local mail folders as well.
