My changes went into 4.5 branch first, actually. Type ahead filtering works
fine there, for me, I use it a gazillion times a day :). What exactly does not
work for you, do you get the search string shown in parenthesis, like so:
(lettersyoutyped), after you tab'ed into the listview?
