The email subject is not displayed in the Imap resource inbox whereas it should
be. Atm only an empty line with X at the end is displayed per email stored in
the inbox.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- On the N900, configure an already existing Imap resource containing read
emails in its inbox.
- The Imap resource should be displayed in the main Kmail-mobile window (ex:
akonadi_imap_resour)
- Click on it and then on the inbox (at the end of the folder list)

Actual Results:  
The emails stored in the imap inbox are displayed but as empty lines: they have
no subjects. 
You can only know that they are there because of the X at the end of each lines
showing that the emails can be deleted.
You have as many X as stored emails in your inbox.

Expected Results:  
The emails subject should be displayed properly.
