When the user clicks on buttons there is no animation showing that the button
has been successfully clicked atm.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- Launch Kmail-mobile on a N900
- Click on the 'Write new Email' button from the main window


Actual Results:  
- Nothing happens for a couple of seconds
- after that there is a Kontact Mobile screen displayed and then the composer
appears

Expected Results:  
I think it would be better if a small animation showed the user that his click
worked so that he would not be tempted to click several time.

There is no button animation in kab-mobile either and though I have not tested
it yet there is a good chance that this applies to Korg-mobile as well.
