I can confirm this is not working. This was working fine in KDE3 times before
I've upgraded recently to KDE4.
And this is clearly visible even in "Sent mail" folder that attachment is not
included when you look at message size. So I propose that this is not even
tried to send out attachments.  But if you still need to see Wireshark dump
then I can create one testcase for you.
