Hej Martin,

in KDE 4.5 only contacts with email addresses will be available in
the autocompletion, so this issue is already fixed.

However we can't give a hint which contact is missing the the contact
group, because we store only the id of the contact in there. So if the
contact is removed from Akonadi and the id can not be found anymore we
just can give the hint that the contact is not available anymore.
