Akonadi is the foundation of Kontact, it is where your PIM data (currently
address only) are stored, you can not disable it.
Akonadi uses Nepomuk for searching for contacts, you can not disable it either.
You can disable Strigi indexing though.

Gentoo should not allow to have Akonadi/Nepomuk disabled with USE flags, it is
required for KDEPIM.
