Auto-complete doesn't work at all on KMail 4.4.1 for contacts that are in the
addressbook.  It only works for recent addresses.  Furthermore, when attempting
to configure the auto-complete order, I see ghost resources that do not appear
in either the addressbook or the Akonadi configuration panel.
