- Launch Kontact and go to KAB
- Go to File menu/Import/Import CSV file...
- select a .csv file to import 
- replace the 'Undefined' heading by proper ones from the list of headings.
- click on 'Ok'
- select the address book you wish the contact(s) to be.

Nothing happens. The contact(s) is/are not created at all.

This is a regression since it worked last time I tested it.

also 'the Skip first row of file' feature does not work anymore (it now resets
the heading preselected by the user to 'Undefined')
