Summary: No default address book created on first time use.
           Product: kaddressbook
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Compiled Sources
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: sabine at kdab.net
                CC: tokoe at kde.org

Version: (using Devel)
Compiler: gcc 4.3.2
OS: Linux
Installed from: Compiled sources

- Launch Kontact and go to KAB with a new user account
- There should only be an empty 'All Contacts' folder in the Address Books
column.

At this point, it is impossible to create any Contacts.
The only way to be able to do so is to create a new address book, for instance:

- Right click on it and select 'Add Address Book...'
- Select 'Personal Contacts' and click on 'Ok'
- An 'Akonadi Resource dialogue appears giving a default path for the location
of the new address book: /home/sabine/.local/share/contacts/
- Click on 'Ok'
- A new address book called 'Personal Contacts' has been added.

I think it will be a good idea to create this address book by default when
starting KAB for the first time since it has a default name and path already.

It would allow the user to create Contacts without knowing anything about the
different kind of resources which can be a bit confusing at first.
