Exported Contacts List from MS Outlook to *.csv (Windows) file.
Tried to import into Kontact
Changed first few headings from "Undefined" to proper setting.
When I scrolled right to change the rest of the headings, either the screen did
not refresh or the headings and data mis-aligned.  Completing the import
(without changing any other headings) resulted in a mish-mash of data.
