Well, yes it's a known issue, that doesn't mean it's invalid. For the end users
it's a real bug that this wizard doesn't work (i.e. it doesn't create anything
usable for kaddressbook, now that kaddressbook uses akonadi). Of course it's
not a kaddressbook bug, I'll reassign it (but I can't find a kolabwizard
product).
