Hej Sabine,

I can't see how lowercase/uppercase should be sorted incorrectly...
The following contacts

  Kay Morgan
  Leo Northern
  kay hacker
  Joe Cool

will be sorted like the following for field=Given Name and
order=Ascending:

  Joe Cool
  kay hacker
  Kay Morgan
  Leo Northern

so lowercase names are put in front of the uppercase names
with the same letter.
