Please look carefully. KMail has both an action with a drop down menu for the
filters, as well as separate actions for "Apply filter 'Mark as Spam'" and
"Apply filter 'Mark as Ham'".

My KMail toolbar always had both actions separately after setting up the
SpamAssassin tool.
