I use templates for my messages very often.

The only message forwarding type using template is forward as plain text. When
I try to forward message as an attachment, KMail opens new message dialog with
attached original message and empty text.

This would be nice to generate text from template while forwarding messages as
an attachment. Maybe, another template then forward as plain text.
