Hej Sabine,

this has been fixed now.
If you drag&drop a contact to another address book folder,
a popup menu will appear that asks you what action (copy, move
or link) shall be performed (like you might know from Dolphin file
manager).

However you need a recent kdelibs/kdeui version for getting this work!
