Version:           3.9 (using 4.3.2 (KDE 4.3.2), Gentoo)
Compiler:          i686-pc-linux-gnu-gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.31-gentoo-r2

Steps to reproduce:

Right click on the note title bar, select "Preferences", select "Editor",
un-select "Rich text", set "Text Font" to something different (I tried "Nimbus
Mono"). Click "OK".

The font doesn't change to the mono-spaced font. I was only able to change
fonts when "Rich text" was enabled using the rich text toolbar.
