What I was doing when the application crashed:
It seem this bug could have potentially some duplicate entries existing but
after checking the backtrace, it seem not in the same object.
Others post show KOrganiser::UniqueAppHandler::newInstance() and this one show
Kontact::UniqueAppHandler::newInstance()
