The original design of the enterprise header was to hide the details from the
user and to make the look "clean".  If we start putting the email addresses
back on all the senders, then we lose much of the design goal.

Note that the full address is shown in the status bar when you hover your mouse
over the sender's name.

So, I would invalidate this bug and suggest to use another header style. 
Except that this is really a call that the KMail maintainer should make.
Thomas should have the final word on it.
