[Bug 206544] kmail does not respect the language setting of the account when one replies to an e-mail

Similar behavior happens here:

1. KDE language is Polish
2. English and Polish dictionaries are installed.
3. One identity, let's say "KDE" is set to use English dictionary
4. When replying, using "KDE" identify:
- spellchecking in Polish is enabled
- but, checking for current spellchecker language shows English.

Just changing to any other language and back to English fixes the problem.
