by "Tags" I assume you're talking about the GMail's labels.

Unfortunately, that is not possible. GMail doesn't add any information about
the label assigned to a given message. (no specific header is created)

The only workaround would be to create mail filters in KMail which adds the tag
"X" to all emails in folder "X".
