I don't use the tasks and journals features offers by Kontact so I would like
to hide these modules from the list of modules presented at the left. For all
the others, I can do that by de-selecting them in the Kontact settings dialogue
(like I did with the time tracking) - but these two components do not appear
there, so there is no way to hide them.
