As this obviously isn't fixed because the fix was reverted can you please
change the resolution to WONTFIX or still open or so? The enterprise header
looks nice but IMHO no header should hide the addresses by default as it is a
security issue. It is not enough to show them on mouseover in the status bar.
As it doesn't seem to be user configurable and it doesn't seem to be in the
intention of the header designer to show the addresses maybe you can, as an
alternative, add a second enterprise header which shows the addresses? KMail
needs a fancy header like the enterprise header which at the same time is as
informative as the other headers.
