Installed from:    Compiled sources

- Launch Kontact and go to KAB
- create two address books (AB1 and AB2)
- create a contact in AB1
- Right click on a contact and select 'Cut Contact'

Nothing happens. It does not seem to have worked.

- Right click on 'AB2' and select 'Paste'

Whereas in fact it works  and the contact is moved to 'AB2'.

Would it be possible to have the icon and the contact's name become paler to
show that they have been cut?
