- Launch Kontact and go to KAB
- Go to file menu/Import/Import CSV file...
- click on the floppy disk button and browse to select a .csv file
- The headings are entitled 'Undefined'
- Change them into proper headings.
- Check the 'Skip first row of file' check box

The first row of file is removed but all the headings are changed back to
'Undefined'!
