Opening kaddressbook and editing the list there does not help
Neither does deleting the list from the distlist file in
KDEHOME/share/apps/kabc/. somehow, kabc managed to recreate the old list.

There is no safe way of having a list of contacts that one can easily email in
the kde pim system.
