- Launch Kontact and go to KAB.
- create a new contact
- Go to File menu/Export/Export vCard 2.1...
- click on 'Ok' twice
- Select a location on your hard disk to save the .vcf file and click on 'Save'
- Find the file on your hard disk an open it in a word processor

You can see that eventhough you saved the file as a 2.1 vCard its version
number is in fact 3.0 whereas it should be 2.1.
