Reproducibility: Always

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Kmail.  By default, the Folder tree has a single column, "Folder".
2. Right-click on the "Folder" column heading.  A context menue pops up.
3. Select View Columns->Total.  The Folder tree gets an additional column,
"Total", which is far too wide.  However, there does not appear to be any way
of resizing the column.  There's no partition between columns that can be
dragged.
