I'm getting a crash when deleting many emails in an imap account as the
original reporter is, however it is when I select many of them and hit
shift-delete when they're all selected, rather than hitting delete rapidly.

Server is dovecot imap with maildir storage, although I'm not sure this is a
factor given the names of the functions being called in the backtrace.
