I have set my new mail notifications to include the highlighting of the taskbar
entry.

However, the taskbar entry is often highlighted, even when KMail is not in
focus, and there is no new mail.  Also, when new mail does arrive, and the
taskbar entry does not get highlighted (unless it already is highlighted).

Basicly,  there doesn't seem to be any meaningful pattern to when the taskbar
entry is and isn't highlighted.

Motivation for bug report:  I have to keep bringing up the KMail window to
check to see if I have new mail
