Yes, every folder suddenly has explicit templates. And this is exactly the bug
- I NEVER EVER explicitly configured folder templates. As long as they have
never been configured, they should not be used.

And again this is update regression - in KDE3 I had single global defaults.
After upgrade these global defaults suddenly migrated to per-folder settings.
