Since 20 June 2003 (see https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=60120) no way to
connect to exchange server using MAPI native exchange 5.5 protocol.........

Any chance to see this appens before 100% of exchange users drop kmail to the
benefit of evolution (or outlook)?

I'd be glad to test. I'm part of users that works in a company that is running
exchange servers with webdav and imap deactivated.
