(http://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=32059) is an empty Freebusy list.
You should see free space in your kontact if you add this person to the
attendee list.

If there should be entries in there, try to make a new entry in a calender
which is freebusy relevant with Kontact, sync and check if the trigger link wen
through.
