Well, I didn't know this issue if 4 years old.  In any case, I was wondering
how people can live with the current behavior at all.  Anyway, it's not like I
*have* to use KMail.  I can do without.  But at least I think it's good to give
feedback as to why KMail sucks for me (and a lot of other Thunderbird users as
well, I guess.)
