The german l10n of kmain in not consistent in at least this place:

Einstellungen -> kmail -> Identitäten -> ("Ändern") -> identity change dialog

Now(inconsistent, three different "naming styles"):
"Ordner für versendete Nachrichten"
"Entwurfsordner"
"Vorlagen-Ordner"

Better:
"Ordner für versendete Nachtichten"
"Ordner für Entwürfe"
"Ordner für Vorlagen"

or

"Gesendet-Ordner"
"Entwurfs-Ordner"
"Vorlagen-Ordner"
