[Bug 197647] "Folders" column really narrow and not resizable (can't read folder name)

There is a workaround:

By clicking with right button on top of "Folders" column 3 checkbos appear:
  [ ] Unread
  [ ] Total
  [ ] Size

I had all of them unchecked. By checking any of them the "Folders" column
automatically gets the correct width. After it I can again uncheck all the
checkboxes so "Folders" column now expands to use all the width available.
