I am using a DIMAP account and can create folders in the main namespace
(rightclick on the account-folder, create new - a new folder shows up in the
hierarchy right below the account-folder).
I can also rclick on an existing folder and choose "move -> account-folder" and
it will be moved.
However, dragging an existing folder onto the account-folder will result in the
"denied" icon (red stroked circle) and the folder can not be moved this way.
