I don't think it should be closed. I think this KMail's default behaviour
should not be default. It should open in the same desktop it is called by
defauld, and should be possible to configure it to stay just in a fixed
desktop.

This default behaviour is only present in KMail, and I couldn't configure it to
do what the bugs description asks for.
