It would be nice if KMail had a new menu entry:
  File->New->Message from File...
which would (surprise) open a composer window and populate it based on the
contents of the MIME-formatted file. I guess this is also possible by using
File->Open and store the message in the Drafts folder but thats a bit counter
intuitive.

Additionally, the --composer command line switch could get an optional <url>
argument.

This feature might sound esoteric, but it would be really useful in combination
with 'git format-patch'. The File->New submenu is still quite empty, so an
additional entry there wouldn't add much to the already complex KMail menus.
