Yeah, these crashes was caused by missing timezones. I haven't installed two
packages (dash and libfetch - I don't know if this contain timezones) so I made
reinstall the "base" group (from archlinux repository). 
I had empty /usr/share/zoneinfo but now here is dozens of files and in system
settings is dozens of choices. Korganizer is now working OK.
